Pneumatic cutout valve is called pneumatic cut-off valves,is
composed of regulating valve with multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm
actuator or with float piston actuator,receiving regulating meter’s
signals,controlling the cutout,putting through and switch of fluid
in pipe.Simple structure, quick in response,reliable action,applied
in automatic control system widely. Based on allowable pressure drops situation,the kind of media and the technics of pipe,the selections have single seat,cage and three-way cutout valve. Based on pressure situation,the selections have PNl.6Mpa,PN4.0Mpa,PN6.4Mpa cutout valve. Based on media’s corrosion attack and pressure grade,the selections have cast iron, cast steel,cast strainless steel and cast alloy steel cutout valve. Based on the temperature of media and special requirement,the selections have standard type,high temperature(thermolysis)type,low temperature type,jacked heat preservation type cutout valve. Based on the leakage of media and safe side,the selections have hard seal,soft seal,bellows seal type cutout valve.
